At Habañero we credit our success to our focus on building long-term relationships with clients and promoting balanced lifestyles for our employees. As a result, we've maintained close ties with many of our clients since 1996.

When our company first began, we held a focus-group session to develop a purpose and some guiding principles, which still hold true today:

The reason we are here is simple: Habañero is a vibrant community that exists to provide challenge, opportunity, and success through the innovative use of technology for our clients and ourselves.

Guiding principles

In addition to our purpose we have some guiding principles:

  • All of our clients will be ethical businesses with the capacity to form collaborative and respectful relationships, and the commitment and resources to complete projects.
  • We will always deliver value to our clients as measured through client feedback and regular client questionnaires.
  • We promote continued learning and knowledge sharing amongst our employees, so we continually contribute to our intellectual capital.
  • We will always consider and make decisions that minimize the financial risk to our clients and ourselves.
  • We will always treat our clients and ourselves with respect and integrity.
