Continuing our longstanding tradition of sharing information with our customers and partners, we have once again redeveloped our website. The new habaneros.com features fresh design, clear navigation, updated services and solutions content, and informative case studies and whitepapers. To give you even more insight into who we are and what we do, we've included bios of our leadership team and updated our employee directory to include links to employee web logs (blogs). |

New in Our Library
Building a Better Online Experience
Habanero helped Credit Union Central of British Columbia (CUCBC) design a new information architecture and conduct usability testing on its new integrated web offering.
CUCBC, the trade association and central banker for BC's 60 independent credit unions, combined the content and functionality of the online banking application and the public website, which were previously separate. Member credit unions now have more opportunities to communicate with their customers, who in turn benefit from improved online experiences.
Working with CUCBC, North Shore Credit Union, and Vancity we redesigned the information architecture and identified usability issues associated with common banking tasks. To learn more about the impact of our recommended design changes and the future of CUCBC’s new banking product, read the case study.

Can Your Organization Easily Demonstrate Financial Transparency and Good Corporate Governance?
In the wake of several corporate scandals, both disclosure and internal controls over financial reporting have become hot topics with American and Canadian companies alike. As securities regulators in both countries introduce new rules to improve investor confidence and stabilize capital markets, companies face an increasingly urgent need to demonstrate financial transparency and good corporate governance to stakeholders.
We're helping our clients manage their compliance initiatives by enabling employees to manage the documentation, evaluation, and remediation of disclosure and internal controls within the familiar Microsoft Office framework. By removing the often exorbitant prices of third-party solutions, our clients have significantly reduced the costs associated with managing their compliance programs.
Learn more about how we can support your compliance initiative.
