Overview
While most organizations use an electronic news aggregator to deliver relevant news content on a daily basis, these aggregators do not provide capabilities for analysis of what’s in the news.
In the last few years a new industry has emerged around real-time media analysis. More and more organizations are moving from paper or folder-based systems to web-based applications that can import data from any news source and allow users to track and report on media coverage. As a result, organizations have timely access to media analysis that can be shared internally to support better decisions.
Please join us for this complementary session where Chris Morrison from MediaMiser will:
- demonstrate how media analysis software works—article collection, ratings, and detailed automated reporting features; and
- provide real-world examples of how organizations are using MediaMiser to meet their media analysis needs.
Who Should Attend?
Individuals responsible for media relations and analysis as it relates to the following:
- crisis or emergency response communications
- issues monitoring
- investor relations
- competitive analysis
- traditional PR campaign media analysis and measurement
- blog and other non-traditional media monitoring
