Project Management

Best practices give you best results

Habañero has a well defined project management approach developed in accordance with the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) best practices. Our project management approach ensures your project meets agreed upon expectations and finishes on time, on budget, and within scope.

Benefit from our proven approach

Our project management approach involves the planning and delivery of a project from initiation to closing while meeting your objectives and adding value to your business. We accomplish this by implementing a defined iterative, five-step project management process:

  • initiating—defines and authorizes the project or a project phase
  • planning—defines and refines the objective and outlines the required course of action and scope
  • executing—integrates people and other resources to carry out the project management plan
  • monitoring and controlling—regularly measures and monitors progress to identify variances from the project management plan, so that corrective action can be taken
  • closing—formalizes acceptance of the project, service, or result and brings the project or a project phase to an orderly end

Your dedicated project manager

We assign a dedicated manager for your project who acts as your trusted advisor and ensures your project stays on track. The project manager is responsible for accomplishing your project objectives by doing the following:

  • identifying requirements
  • defining clear objectives
  • adapting specifications, plans, and approaches to the expectations of the stakeholders
  • controlling the scope, time, and cost (the “triple constraints”) of the project
