Our development methodology may change slightly depending on your project needs, but it is guided by one main principle: our commitment to keeping the end users’ needs foremost in our solution design.

We often use a variation of Feature-driven Development (FDD), Scrum, or XP. In all cases the process is iterative, as we strive for continuous integration through open communication between all members of a project's team, especially between our design and engineering team members; rigorous QA; unit tests; and automated builds. We believe in being open to change, encouraging your active involvement, and delivering working solution components early and often.
