Heuristic evalutions

Usability testing

A usability test puts the website, intranet, or web application in the hands of real end-users in order to identify usability issues that prevent users from completing essential or common tasks.

We conduct usability tests in our own Human-Computer Interaction Lab, where we've had lots of experience testing a wide variety of sites. During testing we complete a thorough analysis of your site's usability. We then provide detailed reports and recommendations — an action plan for improving your site's performance.
