Our websites and eCommerce practice ensures your online success through the design and development of unique web solutions. Each solution—from websites to customer extranet portals— shares a common focus: user experience. We have a mature user experience design process and conduct regular usability tests in our in-house lab to ensure the solutions we build are as easy-to-use, efficient, and attractive as possible.

In addition to designing and developing external web solutions, we also assist software companies in enhancing the user experience of their consumer and commercial software. Services we provide include interaction and user interface design, usability testing, and expert review (heuristic analysis).

Long-term partnerships with industry-leading companies

We mostly work with established, industry-leading companies who are looking for a long-term technology partner. There have been a few cases where we have designed and/or built websites for startup organizations that were a good fit. However, we are a cash-for-service firm, and as such do not take an equity stake in exchange for services.

UE design for deployment on Microsoft and other platforms

A number of years ago we made a decision to focus exclusively on the Microsoft product stack. We believed then (and still do) that having deep, unparalleled experience with one product stack is preferable to possessing less experience across a wide range of technologies and platforms. It is for this reason that Microsoft is our most important partner. Although we do not develop solutions on these non-Microsoft technologies, we have completed the user experience design for a number of websites that have been deployed on non-Microsoft platforms including Ruby on Rails, PHP, and J2EE.
