Habañero Consulting Group (Habañero), a leading Vancouver-based e-business consulting firm, today announced that it has been selected to work with Crystal Decisions, one of the world's foremost information management companies. Habañero will work with the software maker to design and implement a portal-based solution to manage corporate legal documents.
Utilizing Microsoft's SharePoint Portal Server platform, the project will focus on streamlining the import of signed agreements, managing workflow and version control, as well as enabling intuitive searching and complex security protocols.
One high-value application of the technology behind Sharepoint will be a configurable reminder system for contracts about to expire.
